From career talks and skills challenges to industry tasters and real-world problem‑solving, they’ve thrown themselves into every opportunity with enthusiasm and curiosity.

It’s been amazing to see our young people discovering new pathways, building confidence, and learning how apprenticeships can shape their futures.
